Aqua Aerobics & R&R
A fun, low-impact, water-based resistance workout designed for all fitness levels. Each 1-hour session includes:
- 30 minutes of Aqua Aerobics – an energising, instructor-led workout to help improve strength, mobility, flexibility, and heart health.
- 30 minutes of Rest & Relaxation (R&R) – gentle movement, floating, stretching, or simply enjoying the calming flow of water in a soothing, social atmosphere. Perfect for cooling down and connecting with others.
Thursday mornings especially suited for those over 55, but open to all adults who enjoy moving in water.
Booking Options
Choose what suits your schedule and fitness goals:
- May–June Pass – €150
Access 24 Aqua Aerobics sessions during May & June (3 sessions per week/24 sessions in total). Best value if you want to stay active and feel fantastic! - 8-Week Course – €80
A structured option to build consistency and wellness over time. (1 session per week/8 sessions in total) - Pay-As-You-Go – €10 per session
